Each has its own regulatory, banking, and tax mechanics. LTB's network is built around understanding those specifics, not merely tolerating them.

Reach

Where We Work

Three jurisdictions anchor most engagements, each handled with a different, deliberate mix of direct work and local partnership:

United States skyline

United States

LLC formation for non-resident owners, with annual federal filings (Form 1120 and Form 5472) kept current through our US filing partners.

United Kingdom skyline

United Kingdom

Private limited company formation and VAT registration handled directly; confirmation statements and year-end accounts kept current by our UK-based providers.

United Arab Emirates skyline

United Arab Emirates

Free zone incorporation and, where relevant, relocation, with corporate tax returns and simplified financial statements prepared in-house.

Beyond these three, LTB incorporates, relocates, and places banking across a further network including Malta, Switzerland, Indonesia (Bali), Panama, Paraguay, Georgia, Spain, Portugal, and Albania, plus Hong Kong, offered for incorporation and banking without an accompanying relocation service. Engagement

How an Engagement Is Structured

LTB is a boutique legal, tax, and banking practice, not a bank, payment institution, or electronic money institution, and it holds no client funds. What the practice maintains instead is a network of accountants, licensed tax and immigration professionals, and banking relationship contacts, built over years in the jurisdictions our clients require. LTB manages each engagement from review to resolution; the regulated work itself (opening the account, filing the return, filing the visa) is carried out directly by LTB where noted above, and otherwise by the licensed professional in the relevant jurisdiction. Clients deal with a single point of contact throughout.

  1. 1

A review, or a confidential conversation.

Some engagements start with a specific situation: a licensing refusal, a closed account, an unresolved tax position. Others start with a review of what already exists: the companies a client currently holds, where, and why.

  2. 2

A structure, not just an answer.

From that starting point, LTB proposes a coordinated portfolio (often more than one company, deliberately placed across the jurisdictions that fit the client's activity, tax position, and risk profile) rather than a single fix in isolation.

  3. 3

    Placement and representation.

The relevant professionals in our network (legal, tax, or banking) are engaged and coordinated throughout by LTB, alongside the work LTB carries out directly.

  4. 4

    Resolution, and an ongoing relationship.

Most clients remain with LTB for what follows: a second jurisdiction, a later relocation, the next tax year's filings, a bank relationship that needs revisiting.

Approach

Why Clients Retain LTB

We name the mechanism.

If a listing, a compliance deficiency, or a jurisdiction mismatch is the cause, we say so plainly and explain the path to resolution.

The relationships are real, not marketing.

Every placement runs through a professional we already work with in that jurisdiction.

Compliant by design.

Every engagement is structured to be legal and to withstand scrutiny. The practice resolves access problems, not compliance problems.

Discretion is structural.

No published client names, no identifying case studies. Initial conversations can take place by email as readily as by form.

Questions

Frequently Asked

Most engagements begin by referral, from an existing client, a private banker, or an accountant or lawyer already familiar with our work. LTB also reviews direct, confidential inquiries individually; the practice deliberately keeps its engagement roster limited to maintain the level of attention each matter requires.

No. LTB is a boutique legal, tax, and banking practice, not a bank, payment institution, or electronic money institution. We hold no client funds and don't issue accounts ourselves. We structure and represent each matter, then place it with the licensed, regulated banking partners, accountants, and visa professionals in our network who carry out the work itself.

Yes. Every engagement (legal representation, tax structuring, banking placement) is conducted lawfully and built to withstand scrutiny. The practice's expertise is in identifying the institutions, jurisdictions, and structures genuinely suited to high-risk industries, not in circumventing compliance requirements.

Most refusals and closures trace back to a specific, identifiable cause rather than to the industry itself. Diagnosing that cause accurately is most of the work, and it's the step most prior attempts skip.

Completely. No published client names, nothing shared beyond the engagement. A conversation can begin by email as readily as through the form below.
